Aside from being the most expensive country I have ever visited, Switzerland stole my heart with the gorgeous mountains and clear blue lakes. Strolling down by the river in the heat of the midday, you might suddenly urge to take off your clothes and let the crystal waters take your body through the city with it’s strong currents. It is here you will feed the ducks and the swans at dinnertime. At the end of these rivers is where you will see, amongst the horizon, the most perfectly sculpted mountains. These are the foggy mountains you will attempt to climb at 8am the next morning.

Sit with a bottle of wine and a loaf of bread you spent a fiver on and don’t mind sharing with the local lake guests, and breathe in the fresh air you simply don’t find anywhere else.
